Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about using MightyWidgets
How do I embed a widget on my website?
It's simple! After creating and customizing your widget in our dashboard, you'll get a small snippet of code to copy. Just paste it into your website's HTML where you want the widget to appear. That's it!
- Create an account and log into the dashboard
- Choose a widget type and customize it to match your brand
- Click "Publish" to generate your embed code
- Copy the code snippet and paste it into your website
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are consumed each time your widget loads on a visitor's browser. Different widget types use different amounts of credits per load. For example, a simple countdown bar uses 1 credit per load, while a Google Reviews widget uses 3 credits because it fetches live data.
What happens when I run out of credits?
When your credit balance reaches zero, your widgets will stop displaying to visitors. You can purchase more credits at any time from the dashboard to restore functionality. We recommend enabling low-balance alerts so you're never caught off guard.
Can I use multiple widgets on the same page?
Yes! You can embed as many widgets as you'd like on a single page. Each widget loads independently and will consume credits based on its type when viewed.
Will widgets slow down my website?
No. Our widgets are loaded asynchronously, meaning they won't block your page from rendering. The widget code is lightweight and served from a global CDN for fast delivery worldwide.
Can I customize the appearance of widgets?
Each widget comes with extensive customization options including colors, fonts, sizes, animations, and layout variations. You can preview changes in real-time before publishing.
